Eye problems
If anyone has any questions regarding eye diseases, he may ask freely. I will try to answer according to my capacity.
Doctor Sahib. Aaj kal aap ko pata hay Rawalpindi mein aashob-e-chashm ki beemari pheli huee hay. Hamaray puray mahallay ko yeh beemari ho gayee hay. Barah-e-meharbaani iss ka shaafi ellaj tajweez farma den. Aur bachao ki tadabeer bhi. Bohat bohat shukriya.
Ji akjal pindi mein hi nahi poore Pakistan mein aashob e jahsm phela howa ha aur flood ki waja se is ki intensity kafi zaida ha. Ye ek viral infection ha aur is se bachne k lea madarja zel cheezon par amal karein: 1. apna towel sab se alag rakehin 2. Ye choone se phelti ha, is le heth milane se parhez karein 3. Ye kisi ki aankhon mein dekhne se nahi pehlti(Its a mis-conception) 4. Thande pani k cheenton se aankehin saaf karein. 5. ye aam tor pe dono aankhon mein hoti ha aur taqreeban 1-2 weeks mein theek hoti ha 6. Treatment is : chloramphenicol eye drops 4 times a day; and Histazoline eye drops 4 times a day
Doctor Sahib bohat bohat shukriya Meray doctor nay mujhay mandarja zail drops batayay thay predforte eye drop; din mein 6 martaba vigamox eye drop; din mein 4 martaba kya inn ka istamaal jaari rakhun?
with respect I say that my son age 10year has been suffered from eye trouble for three years approximately.He feels too much pain in eyes in evening or night with blocking nose and water from eyes and nose. He put his hand on eyes and cannot open eyes.There is also redness in eyes. PLease advise me to use any proper drop.
Dear Mr. Azeem, the history suggests your son might be accommodating eye more than required and that is causing pain. I suggest you to have your son's test called cycloplegic refraction to find out the cause of stress he is putting on his eyes. Take him to some qualified eye specialist and discuss weather cycloplegic refraction is needed. I hope it could be of some help. Thanks

Stop predforte eye drops and continue with other medicines as such.
